A poly ring binder is made from a polyethylene plastic and most of the thinner gauges are flexible, making them light weight and durable like the Custom Binder. The thicker gauges are rigid and give support to the larger capacities such as the 2" binder and up. Custom index tabs can be created with a standard white paper and black ink, or you can develop a look that exclusive to your company's Custom Binder. With four color process printing (also known as full color printing), you can have a wide variety of color and/or pictures on your custom index tabs. Three ring binders can even have four color process, also known as full color printing, on the outside of the binder. We can make this happen with an entrapment binder. Entrapment binders have printed press sheets enclosed into the front, spine and/or back of the outside binder panels.
