Entrapment Binders

Entrapment Binders For those looking for customized binders, entrapment binders are a great solution. Entrapment binders allow the placement of your full color art designs onto your vinyl binders. We use a high quality digital press to print your design for smaller quantity orders and a traditional offset press for higher quantity orders. The sheets are then trimmed to size and then permanently sealed on all four sides, into each panel of the binder. This prevents the removal of the sheets from your binders (entrapment), as well as shifting.

Our entrapment binders are available in capacities ranging from 1/2" to 4", with most capacities offered in round ring, d-ring and locking ring. In addition, we also offer many other custom binder options to meet your needs. Minimum orders can be as low as 25 pieces, allowing Binders, Inc. to provide services to a variety of customers.

In addition to determining capacity, it’s important to know what sheet size your binder will need to hold. The most common sheet size is 11” x 8.5” plus ½” tab allowance. We also offer 8.5” x 5.5” plus ½” tab allowance and 9.5” x 6” plus ½” tab allowance. If your binder needs to hold a sheet size other than what is listed that is no problem! We can custom make a die to fit your sheet size and capacity.
