Specs:
4 3/8″ x 3 1/2″ CDC Vaccination Card Sleeve. Front panel is recessed 1/4″ for easy insertion and removal of card. Both panels are available for your full color imprint. Upon request, we can add stock “I got my Covid-19 vaccine!” to either panel for FREE. Holds any 4″ x 3″ card.

Digital printing:
Four color process digital print in any location on the front and back panels. Logos, line copy and photos cannot exceed 50% coverage of the surface area. Avoid registering copy to scores. Digital printing will not match other offset printed pieces.

Follow art guidelines and submit art on template.

Stock:
80# uncoated Smooth White only.
